We provide training on “self-coaching,” and a personalized book called the Book of You® that is completely personalized to the reader based off a world-class personality assessment called the Birkman Method®. The podcast The KTS Success Factor® Podcast for Women brings to its audience in each episode one actionable idea female business leaders can use to increase their capabilities, commitment, and confidence to pursue and achieve big business goals.
Here’s what Dr. Sarah thinks about leadership in her own words, “Being a leader means taking 100% responsibility for all that you are in charge of leading. In companies, “leaders” do not do all the work, but they are 100% responsible for the work that gets done. If the results are not what the leader or the company wants, the leader is 100% responsible for figuring out why and fixing it. The same is true in my life. I am 100% responsible for my life and my results. I cannot waste time on blaming and complaining. If I am not happy with an aspect of my life, it is my responsibility to change it.”
