Welcome to the official page of MaYapinion™ On this page, Maya hosts her own MaYapinion™ Podcast and Blog weekly with Maya’s Monday Motivation. She also hosts special episodes of MaYapinion™ where she interviews guests about leadership, life and love. Maya focuses on empowering women to become better leaders whether they are entrepreneurs, climbing the corporate ladder, or already in a leadership role. She explores topics that push women to grow personally and professionally so they can become the best leaders to their teams, peers, and even mentors.
MaYapinion™ was born in 2017 after Maya appeared on a reality television show for dating which was shot in 2016. A friend of hers had worked in radio for over twenty years and encouraged her to launch the podcast. MaYapinion™ was a nickname from her friends for years because she is passionately opinionated. She launched MaYapinion™ in 2017 as a podcast recounting the crazy journey of Married at First Sight: Second Chances with her cohost, a radio veteran. The podcast took off and had two additional seasons. Maya decided she didn’t want to talk about her reality tv experience forever and wanted to focus on what she is passion about, women in leadership. In 2019, Maya relaunched MaYapinion™ independently as a podcast focused on exactly that, “Leadership, Life, and Life…but it’s just my opinion.”
